Students in Pakistan pay $500-1000 for university entrance exam coaching. Most can't afford it. We needed to build a platform that delivers the same quality at 1/10th the price.

What We Built

AI-Powered Question Bank

Extracted 10,000+ questions from scanned textbooks using OCR and Python. Used Gemini API to generate personalized practice questions based on student performance.

Quiz & Assessment Engine

Built complete quiz system with timed tests, progress tracking, and detailed explanations. Students can practice by topic, difficulty, or take full mock exams.

Real-Time Analytics

Dashboard showing student performance across subjects, weak areas, improvement over time, and comparison with peers. Helps students focus on what matters.

Subscription Management

Multiple pricing tiers with different access levels. Automated user management, payment handling, and access control. Built for scale from day one.
